India’s Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has said consultant McKinsey’s slowness in making decisions has caused it to change direction over its proposed ‘Twin Towers’ plans for Anantapur. The proposals, for the creation of a 500 acre IT hub, has been bogged down with delay, and it has been reported that because the CRDA had been unable to convince McKinsey of its plans, it is sending the proposal direct to the Chief Minister’s Office. It was claimed McKinsey insisted on first receiving a Detailed Project Report (DPR).
