It has been revealed that consultancy Oliver Wyman received 100,000 euros for working for just two weeks’ work at the Bank of Portugal. The exact detail of the work remains unclear, but a contract to provide ‘specialised consulting services’ has just surfaced. Prior to this, the Bank of Portugal also paid Oliver Wyman 1.845 million euros for six months’ work. The consultant and the bank have a relationship dating back to at least 2012.
