The program will last for one year and will train young Saudi citizens in the tools required in strategic consulting. The program will be open to both men and women.
Those enrolled in the program will work closely with BCG analysts will work on reports and case studies in all areas. “We firmly believe that this initiative will help contribute to the creation of a high-potential, dynamic local talent pool in the Kingdom [of Saudi Arabia], one that includes both men and women,” BCG Middle East Managing Director and Senior Partner Joerg Hildebrandt said.
The program is directed to recent graduates who finished in the top 10% of their class. The consulting firm has partnered with the King Saud University, Al Faisal University, and the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
BCG may expand the program to other countries in the region.
